Small heating and cooling shop seeking individual who is bright, energetic and mechanically inclined to work with experienced owner to develop oversight of crew and jobs creatively.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with owner to build projects and develop customer solutions
Work with ownership team to build and scale a small family business to increase product offerings and develop field technicians
Purchasing equipment and common stock
Skills:
Interest in construction management and trades
Ability to develop as a coach, managing new field technicians
Some knowledge of electrical or plumbing, mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies
Competitive pay dependent upon ability. Benefits after 90 days (health, dental and life insurance), paid holidays, IRA option and vacation time after 1 year.
