Your five year paid apprenticeship as a union plumber/pipefitter will take you from just learning the basics to an expert installer of piping systems in new construction projects. As a member of the United Association you will get competitive wages and guaranteed raises, and benefits like great health insurance, free training, a pension AND a 401(k).
Apprentices work on weekdays and get paid as they learn on the job. Training classes for apprentices are two nights a week at our union hall in Castroville.
Come take our entrance exam on Wednesday, December 4th at 8:30 AM, located at 11445 Commercial Pkwy, Castroville CA 95012. Test last approx. 3 hours. Please bring a valid photo ID and your high school diploma/GED equivalent (copy or original).
