We are seeking the right person to train to become the next top notch INSTRUCTOR for our driving school. We will provide you with free training using our approved course and using only our vehicles, to get you licensed by DMV.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Teaching new drivers. Each lesson is 2 hours. Instructor will use company vehicle.
Qualifications and Skills:
Ideal candidate must be: Extremely patient AND confident. A good communicator/"people person". Punctual. Have a fairly flexible schedule. Willing to work at least 1 weekend day each week. Very familiar with Salinas, Monterey, Prunedale. Candidates with previous experience with Teens, or a background in Law Enforcement or Education a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly encouraged to apply(but not required).
Some Requirements Include: High School Diploma. Must be at least 25 years old. Pass extensive background check and Live Scan. Pass a doctor exam (compensated). Good Driving Record. Daily access to internet and cell phone. 60 hours or more of training and testing guided by our instructors.
