Our Line Service Techs provide ground handling services to people who fly into Monterey. This is a position where you will move around outside as you meet and greet pilots, passengers, and flight crews. Job duties include directing and marshalling aircraft on the ramp, loading and unloading passengers, using a variety of ground service equipment, driving fuel trucks, and fueling airplanes.

Flexibility in your schedule is important so that we can accommodate everyone’s time off requests. Working early mornings, evening shifts, and on the weekends is required.

The selected candidate should have a good DMV driving record and we are a drug-free workplace.
Total compensation is $54,000 to $58,000 annually which includes hourly pay, holidays, overtime, tips, and bonuses. Medical and dental insurance is covered 100% for employees with a small monthly fee to cover dependents. We also have a retirement savings plan with company match, paid training, uniforms, and an upbeat workplace.
