We are a metal fabrication company specializing in quality fabrication for residential/commercial construction projects. We offer a wide range of services including structural steel, ornamental metal fabrication, architectural finishes and custom one-off pieces.
We are looking for an estimator to join our team. Job duties include reviewing plans, construction documents, generating material takeoffs; creating estimate templates, change orders, project scopes; and communicating your findings to customers and management.
Qualities:
Should be familiar with Bluebeam (or similar plan reading software), Excel & QuickBooks
Must be proficient in reading construction documents
Experience in construction and/or manufacturing, a plus
Experience in estimating, a plus
Self-starter & Team Player
Good communication skills
Organized & Detailed
Positive attitude & willingness to learn
High school graduate minimum, college graduate preferred
