The ideal individual will possess chameleon-like ability to not only sustain a high level of competencies and results, but the ability to adapt and launch new systems domestically and abroad (CANADA, The Netherlands, France, and others)
Own and manage the project plans for Payroll programs, projects, and processes
Drive and execute the project plans, including change management and adoption
Understand numerous, interrelated Payroll processes and tools
Enable business evolution by helping to define and successfully implement payroll-related capabilities
Anticipate, assess, and manage issues and risks independently
Quickly resolve issues when they arise; address the root cause and recommend mitigation plans to build business resilience
Continuously drive improvements, automation, communication, and education to increase quality, improve employee experience, and enable rapid scaling
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Ensure data accuracy and process integrity
Collaborate closely with our internal Business, HR, and Finance teams
Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders (such as HR, Accounting, Finance, IT, business functions, and external service providers)Qualifications
5 plus years of experience in operations and/or program management
Proven work experience in Payroll
Hands-on experience with Payroll, Time and Attendance, and Human Resources Information Systems
Diverse HR experience (payroll, operations, benefits, immigration, etc.) preferred
Global or international company experience preferred
Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage effectively numerous concurrent projects and tasks in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
Excellent written and oral communications, including education and change management
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Demonstrated ability to support operations
Demonstrated ability to design and improve operational processes
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
Demonstrated delivery of results through influence and cross-functional collaboration
A self-starter, who will take the initiative to lead and drive improvements without constant direction
Bachelors degree or certification in operations management, Human Resources Management, or another relevant field, or equivalent experience
