Salesforce Administrator, who will play avital role in managing the ongoing use and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot as well as provide administrative support to Sales, Sales Management and Marketing. A DAY IN THE LIFE: As a Salesforce Administrator, you are responsible for the administration, training, development, and operations of our Salesforce environment, which includes the maintenance of organization-wide default settings, users and user permissions, profiles & roles, training all Salesforce users, data hygiene, creating and maintaining reports and managing licenses for integrated apps. You will also work closely with our field Sales team to provide data critical to the maximization of customer experience and company profit. ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Compile and prepare all statistical data/graphs for Sales Office semi-annual business plans and month-end reports
Create presentation templates for each Sales Office and incorporate statistical data/graphs into month-end templates to provide to Area Managers and Territory Sales Representatives
Ensure readiness for new Salesforce releases and technology
Train all new Salesforce users during the onboarding period, provide re training on all current users as needed and train all users on new functionality when appropriate
Perform ongoing interface with other systems
Create and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards and list views as needed
Data hygiene including, but not limited to: territory/account alignment, duplicate identification/eliminating, naming convention adherence, referral codes, account type, deletion of bounced emails, and creation/maintenance of email templates
Replicate changes to multiple Salesforce environments - development, UAT & production
Prepare multiple ad-hoc analyses, reports and special projects as requested
QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED
Salesforce Administrator Certification
Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Administrator experience
Advanced/Expert level of proficiency in MS Excel
Intermediate or higher level of proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong diplomacy and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
