Analyze and summarize insurance contracts
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Draft complex law and motion pleadings
Propound and respond to discovery matters
Appear at hearings and assist Partners in trial preparation and attendance
RequirementsKnowledge of Civil Litigation
Must possess exceptional analytical, legal research and writing skills
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
Attentive, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Licensed attorney with 2+ years of California experience
Demeanor to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling priorities, and adhering to strict deadlines
