Understands roles and responsibilities
Communication Expenses
Charge Backs and Reimbursement
Developed Project Plans
User Acceptance Testing Requirements for CLM systems
Experience in Call Accounting Software
Asset Management of Telephony Resources
Preferably with Experience in Calero VeraSMART Systems
