job detailsPosition Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy in all areas of accounting, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, project budgets, and financial reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee accounting processes, and assist in audits while ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred).
3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a corporate or project-based environment.
Undrstanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Maintain the general ledger, reconcile balance sheet, P&L, and bank statements
Manage A/P and all payments and expenses owed by the company to suppliers/creditors
Generate and accurately process monthly billings in a timely manner to meet client deadlines
Assist in managing the A/R collections of payments due to the company
Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts in collaboration with project managers
Monitor compliance with accounting policies and procedures, and identify areas for improvement and implementation of best practices
Assisting with the annual audits and audit working papers
Prepare financial reports & analysis, which includes project cost reports and other ad-hoc projects
