Description Robert Half, Management Resources is looking for a finance consultant for one of their clients in the Orange area. The consultant will be overseeing their budgeting process for a multitude of projects, ensuring financial accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.Key Responsibilities:-Collaborate to develop comprehensive and accurate budgets for various projects.-Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify cost drivers, variances, and areas for optimization.-Ensure alignment of project budgets with organizational financial goals.-Provide insightful analysis of financial data, identifying trends, and making strategic recommendations.-Contribute to the development of long-term financial strategies for the organization.-Monitor the financial performance of each project against budgetary targets.-Evaluate project proposals and provide financial recommendations.-Identify opportunities for resource optimization and cost savings across projects.Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. -Proven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst with a focus on managing budgets for multiple projects.-Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).-Excellent understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
