AECOM is seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst who will be responsible for analyzing, budgeting, reporting, and long-range planning for the Corporate FP&A function.  In this role, the selected candidate will support the development and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives by providing accurate, insightful and timely finance support and analysis.This position will offer flexibility for hybrid work schedules (including both in-office presence and telecommute/virtual) to be based in the Orange, CA area.Reporting to the Corporate Sr. Finance Manager, the Sr. Analyst serves as a key finance business partner supporting Corporate Functions (e.g., HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and other G&A organizations). The role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, headcount planning, and management reporting to drive informed business decisions and ensure effective cost management. The position plays an integral role in the quarterly forecast process, earnings support, long-range planning, and executive reporting cycles. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, the role delivers strategic and ad hoc financial analyses, supports special projects, and provides actionable insights to senior leadership on business performance, resource allocation, and organizational priorities.
