Description
Robert Half Technology is looking for a Desktop/Helpdesk Support Technician for one of our clients in Orange, CA. This Desktop/Helpdesk Support Technician position performs tasks related to the repair of a variety of technology-based products typically associated in an end-user computing environment. If you are a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working in an innovative environment, you will thrive in this position. Below are the following responsibilities for the Desktop/Helpdesk Support Technician position.

Requirements
Have experience working in a Windows environment
Basic administration of Active Directory
Expected to support 50-100 end users
Expected interaction between internal and external employees
Experience with troubleshooting PC Computers
Customer service skills
Use of ticketing systems, handling 5-10 tickets per day
Have experience with remote troubleshooting tools
Will report to the Network/Systems Administrator and train up accordingly
Must be able to perform break/fix on Windows workstations
Must be set up Windows workstations for new hires
Occasionally be required to work with vendors for ordering hardware parts
Must be able to troubleshoot and set up printer related issues
