Part time position at La Habra Christian Church
2-3 hours a week on-site (La Habra Heights) Tuesday mornings
- Tuesday's from approximately 10 am for 2-3 hours
- availability on a Tuesday evening 7pm-8pm once a month
NOT remote work - must be in our office.
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour
Pay bills in a timely manner and maintain proper supporting documents.
Complete bank reconciliations on a monthly basis
Perform data entry into Quickbooks.
Prepare reports
Skills:
Must be proficient in Quickbooks
Solid accounting and bookkeeping skills
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Access
Organized with attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Education/Experience:
High School Diploma (name of school and year)
At least 5 years relevant bookkeeping experience
