POSITION SUMMARY
Answering phones
Assisting in order entry, order processing, assisting in inventory control
New customer account setup
Follow up with customer quotes and sales orders
Produce Invoicing / Billing
Accounts receivable experience a plus
Preparing outbound shipments (Domestic & International documents)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
MUST have experience with accounting software (ECI Jobboss Mandatory)
Bookkeeping skills a plus, not required
Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to fast-paced work environment
Shipping experience mandatory UPS Worldship, FedEx, & DHL (Domestic & International)
Strong attention to detail a MUST!
