Position Overview:
We are seeking a Debt Settlement Agent to handle inbound calls & web inquiries from qualified leads. This is a full-time, on-site position. You will use your expertise in debt consolidation to consult with clients, evaluate their financial situations, and provide the best solutions. Your primary goal is to close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult and guide clients: Assess clients' financial needs and provide customized debt consolidation solutions.
Utilize rebuttals effectively: Use your industry knowledge and understanding of objections to guide clients through the decision-making process and close deals.
Close sales and achieve targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals to maximize your earning potential through commission-based rewards.
Provide excellent customer service: Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
Accurate documentation: Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the team: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Industry experience is a must: At least 1-2 years of experience in debt consolidation, inside sales, or a related financial services role.
Strong understanding of the debt consolidation process: Must be familiar with the process and have knowledge of common rebuttals to handle client objections effectively.
Proven sales ability: Experience closing deals and achieving sales targets in a results-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills: Able to build rapport quickly, explain complex financial concepts clearly, and handle client objections professionally.
Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and stay motivated to meet performance goals.
Professional demeanor: Capable of maintaining composure and professionalism in sensitive financial conversations.
