We offer a flexible hour for Accounting / Office assistant for 20 - 30 hours a week. (It can be a full-time position if you wish)
The right candidate has to be detail-oriented, proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, a quick learner and has an ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize accordingly.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-enter invoices/ bills in Quickbooks (A/R & A/P)
-scan/file various documents/records
-assist payroll
-respond appropriately to all customer inquiries and calls
-other duties as assigned or required
Required skills and experience:
- Strong QuickBooks skills
- Strong Microsoft Excel/Words/Outlook skills
- Work quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Ability to work independently, self-starter
