We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accountant to support our leadership team.
Position Overview:
This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a specialized, high-performance environment. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting day-to-day accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting
Track expenses and revenue against departmental budgets
Assist with tax preparation and audit support
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA certification a plus
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a small or medium-sized business
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members
Schedule & Compensation:
15–20 hours per week
Flexible schedule during business hours
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
