Payroll Administrator

We are looking for a payroll admin who is forward thinking, well organized, team player who possesses the knowledge, experience and written and verbal communication skills necessary to work successfully with a wide range of people in the Special Event Management and Security industry. This will include vendors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate is diligent and efficient with excellent time management skills and the ability to complete work independently. This position interfaces directly with the owners and top level management.

Responsibilities:

- Assist payroll data entry

- Understand each jobsites duties

- Get to know company employees

- Understand the core concepts of the business

Requirements:

- Proven financial analysis skills.

- Experience working with ADP

- Desire to be apart of a growing team

- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Highly organized and communicative, as others will rely on the accuracy of your information to make key decisions

Required Experience:

- Payroll Assistant: 2-5 years

- Office admin

Bonus Experience:

- HR Experience

- Fluent in English

- Experience with QuickBooks Online

Compensation:

$25 - $30 per hour (DOE)
