We are a professional Tax Firm in Tustin. We're looking for our tax associate We need a high-level tax professional to help us maintain our high level of client service.
Tax Manager/Supervisor Accountant Job Duties:
Prepare/review individual, partnership and corporation income tax returns
Review payroll tax returns
Perform/review compiled and reviewed financial statements
Handle IRS notices
Accounting and tax planning.
Assist our clients who use QuickBooks in performing bookkeeping functions
Research technical issues using online tools
CPA-Manager Accountant Qualifications:
Licensed tax pro in ca
Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience reviewing individual, partnership and corporation income tax returns
Experience conducting compilations and reviews of financial statements
Experience using QuickBooks general ledger accounting program
Must be able to manage multiple clients and tasks and set priorities
Ability to identify and prepare adjusting journal entries
Experience with Microsoft Office , Drake, Company CRM in a paperless environment.
Proficiency working with personal computers
Previous CPA firm experience is required.
