Key Responsibilities
Analyze sales data and website traffic using tools like Google Analytics to provide actionable insights and identify trends.
Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms (e.g. Amazon, etc.), ensuring accuracy in descriptions, imagery, and pricing.
Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email, SEO, and social media initiatives.
Conduct thorough competitor and market research to identify new opportunities and inform strategy development.
Assist with website QA and user experience testing to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members in marketing, creative, and operations to ensure timely and accurate execution of initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven previous experience in an e-commerce, retail, or marketing role (either through employment or academic projects).
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Chinese (Mandarin) speaking is preferred as the role will communicate with Chinese contract manufacturers on a regular basis
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (preferably Amazon) and basic knowledge of Photoshop/Canva is a bonus.
