Established Property Management firm seeking a responsible individual to join our corporate office team. This person will assist with various property management office duties and maintenance inventory.
Requirements:
- verifiable employment history
- working knowledge of property management
- experience with basic accounting.
Basic duties to include (but are no limited to):
- Assist w/property management tasks
- Managing the maintenance inventory program
- Basic office day-to-day
- Data entry & filing
- Professionally answering & handling of phone-calls
- Assist w/basic accounting including some AR
Full-time (minimum 32 hours per week), Monday - Friday, daytime business hours.
