Job Requirements (Skills and Qualifications):
· 5+ years of similar experience (customer service, order processing, receptionist, secretarial, bookkeeping, etc.)
· Detail oriented and intrinsically motivated
· Ability to multi-task and be adaptable to new tasks, procedures, and programs
· Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (heavy use of Outlook)
· Typing speed of 60+ WPM
· Strong professional communication and problem-solving skills
· Experience with Microsoft Teams and Salesforce (preferred)
· Prioritization and organizational skills
Job Responsibilities:
· Create and maintain healthy relationships with customers and suppliers
· Provide extensive support via telephone and email
· Process orders and contracts expediently
· Track all orders to ensure prompt fulfillment according to contract terms
· Manage inventory levels and contract balances
· Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of all products and procedures
· Miscellaneous small projects around the office

Salary: Base salary of $45,000 - $65,000 per year plus Bonuses and Benefits
Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm
