Convention Greeters
$21-$23 per hour
We are actively recruiting for Convention Center Greeters for the Anaheim Convention Center. If you enjoy helping attendees with directions to venues or assist in checking in attendees for a convention, this is a job for you!
You will be the front-line ambassador for all conference attendees, delivering outstanding service and support to all conference attendees. Your primary responsibility will be to greet attendees, help direct them to appropriate conference areas and help them register/pick up badge.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet Attendees
Look up and confirm registration.
Direct Traffic
Be available for any questions.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
Positive attitude, team player, and smile, smile, smile.
Outgoing, high energy, assertive personality.
Professional appearance and image.
Flexible and adaptable with a can do attitude.
