Responsibilities:
Confidence and preparedness are the two most important requirements.
Call patients back who inquire about our Acute care treatment protocol and our Accelerated Treatment Program
Gather and send requested information from our website and our script via text and email to prospective clients
Disseminate accurate information from script and website to prospects/callers
Proficiency using Go High Level CRM for all communications
Talk about some patient experiences and give examples
Respond to patient inquiries within 24-48 hrs
Requirements:
Proven excellent experience in appointment setting, telesales, or customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills with a patient, understanding and confident tone.
Access to a reliable internet connection.
