Champion Cabinets in Anaheim is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant Inside & Outside, specializing in RTA (Ready-to-Assemble) cabinets. We are looking for a motivated individual who can drive high volume sales and deliver exceptional customer service. If you have a proven track record of success in sales, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences during and after the sales process.
Promote and sell RTA cabinet products to meet and exceed sales targets, both within our showroom and outside. Along with calls to existing and potential clients.
Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations based on customer requirements and feedback.
Coordinate with internal operations to address logistics and ensure product quality.
Collaborate with the sales team and manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Follow up with customers on pending quotes, order satisfaction, and address any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
Proven success in high volume sales, preferably in the home improvement industry.
Strong knowledge of RTA cabinet products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
Proficiency in email communication (Gmail) and MS Office applications; knowledge of QuickBooks and 20-20 Design software preferred.
Compensation and Work Details:
Competitive base pay plus sales commission.
Full-time position with a five-day work week; Saturdays required 2 a month.
Starting pay: $20.00+ per hour (DOE) plus bonus commission structure on.
