We are an upscale call center located near Irvine spectrum. If you have experience in auto warranty industry, we're looking to fill a position for our Auto Warranty Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Overcome objections and be a problem solver
- Retention clients
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Taking incoming calls
- Document conversations and actions in CRM
- Call customers for past due payments
Product knowledge
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Able to handle high volume of calls
Requirements:
Customer service and/or sales experience
Preferred Auto / Home Warranty experience
Punctuality
Ability to work Full Time (40 hrs./week)
Bilingual a PLUS, but not required (Spanish Speaking)
Offering:
$20/hr
Full Time - 40 hours per week
Monday-Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM
