Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and listening to their concerns
Determining the type of service needed and writing repair orders
Providing accurate estimates and explaining costs to customers
Communicating customer needs to technicians and ensuring accurate job completion
Updating customers on the status of their repairs
Processing customer transactions upon completion
Maintaining customer records and profiles
Handling customer complaints and disputes
Scheduling appointments and managing the flow of the service department

Basic knowledge of automotive vehicles and repair processes
Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
Desired Experience:
Previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role
Experience in the automotive industry or related fields
Knowledge of specific car makes and models
High school diploma or equivalent
