This is a TEMPORARY, Full-Time, hybrid position. Candidates should have previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or medical reception. Role: Customer Service - Patient Recruiter
Pay Rate: $20/hr + bonus structure upon retaining patients who go through the trial.
Work Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office in Garden Grove office for ON-SITE days. Shift starts are flexible, must work any 8 hour shift between 8am-7pm.
Topic: Vaccine for RSV, a life saving vaccine for respiratory disease. This will be a paid trial for the patient participants that are brought on board.
Requirements: Must be a confident, friendly speaker on the phone. Candidates will be trained on their call process. Candidates should have previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or medical reception. Job Description: Warm and cold calling patients on a pre-generated list. Selected Patient Rercruiters will be given a few days training on site before beginning remote work. Calling to healthy individuals from their database of over 200K patients, some of which have previously participated in clinical trials with the company. You would be calling healthy individuals from their large patient database to inquire about their interest in participating in a paid clinical trial for RSV, a respiratory virus vaccine in its next trial phase. Reporting data from the calls into their system to track progress. They are seeking friendly and professional customer service candidates.
