Job responsibilities:
- Use phone (voice), email and other forms of communication to address the needs of our client’s customers
- Scheduling/routing
- Follow up with member for install date and time frame (Day before and day of)
- Respond to emails and voicemails from customers
- Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
- Quality control of jobs on client portal (confirming pictures, signature from member, installer notes, closing the jobs on, Closeout call/survey)
- Occasional transfer of job information from client portal to in-house business portal
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience
- Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
- Ability to follow procedures and responsibilities
Preferred:
Customer service, Phone etiquette, English/Bilingual, Data Entry, Sales experience.
