Responsibilities:
Handle potential client inquiries
Qualify clients
Handle Inbound Calls
Provide limited information about the nature of our services
Document and update potential client records based on interactions
Transfer potential clients to senior reps for consultation

Qualifications (ideal but not required):
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
High call volume appointment setting
Ability to build rapport with clients quickly over the phone
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal communication skills
Preferred appointment setting or canvassing experience
