JOB DESCRIPTION
The cashiering job is responsible for assisting customers upon check out.
Manage transactions by scanning merchandise, collecting payments, issuing receipts, and bagging purchases.
Answer customer questions and resolve issues.
Balance cash drawer and credit card transactions; safeguard company assets.
Impeccable customer service is required, helping customers with their purchases and product questions, providing a positive customer experience with friendly and courteous service.
The customer service/floor job is responsible for stocking shelves, moving, and rotating merchandise, including furniture and appliances, and assisting customers.
Organizing and cleaning the product shelves.
Light office duties are sometimes necessary
This job is best for individuals who are detail oriented and focused on their tasks.

COMPETENCIES & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.
This job requires basic computer and phone skills.
The willingness to learn and provide product knowledge is essential.
The ability to be able to improve systems and discuss ideas with upper management is advantageous.
HOURS:
Casher/Customer Service positions are scheduled Monday – Sunday; between the hours of 9:30am - 6:30pm.
