Overview:
Certifix Live Scan is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Certified Fingerprint Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and processing fingerprints for background checks, employment screenings, and other purposes.

Employment is contingent on successfully obtaining a CA Finger Rolling Certificate
Key Responsibilities:
Perform fingerprinting services for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Maintain and organize fingerprint records and documentation.
Assist clients with questions and provide clear instructions for the fingerprinting process.
Ensure all equipment is maintained and properly calibrated.
Adhere to all privacy and security protocols when handling sensitive information and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have or be willing to successfully obtain a California Department of Justice (CA DOJ) Fingerprint Rolling Certification.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in fingerprinting or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Proven work experience as a customer service representative.
Proficiency with Microsoft or Google Office Suite.
Additional Information:
Training will be provided for candidates who do not yet have their CA DOJ certification.
The position requires availability primarily during afternoons on weekdays and a full day on Saturdays.
This is a part-time position offering 20-25 hours per week.
