Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for customer service? Our Anaheim-based stone and tile company is seeking a proactive and professional Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the tile/stone industry and a can-do attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, along with experience in the flooring industry or with natural stone.

This position may include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

- Answer high volume of incoming phone calls and emails.

- Assist customers with product inquiries, stock checks, pricing inquiries, and providing quotations on stocked and locally sourced products.

- Work with other Customer Service team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are attended to as quickly and accurately as possible.

- Work with local suppliers to source product sand negotiate pricing.

- Work with and support the outsides sales team on product inquiries and special projects.

- Assist customers with freight quotes, photo requests, and all other questions they may have.

- Assist customers with problems on their inquiries and orders, working with Management and other departments as needed.

-Assist running reports, such as open sales orders, Invoice, back orders, ETA's.

- Maintain respect and professionalism with customers, helping to problem solve when needed.

- Any other tasks that may apply to the overall Customer Service Department, and work with all other departments in the company as needed.

Full Time Position - Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
