While we are rapidly growing we keep a relaxed and easy office environment. The majority of the customer interactions will be via phone and text so you must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
In addition to customer service, the role requires help packing orders to ship out. We do little things in every order to surprise and connect with each customer, so we are looking for people who have an attention to detail but also enjoy connecting with people. Multi-tasking should come naturally to you. We are looking for energetic, excited, happy people with a positive attitude about work and helping people! If you are looking for a job where you just mindlessly watch the clock, we will not be a good fit!
