Responsibilities

Assist customers via phone and email with placing, tracking, and managing orders.
Ensure order fulfillment aligns with stock availability and delivery timelines.
Provide information on product specifications, availability, and pricing.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, freight carriers, and couriers to arrange and monitor deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records and update order statuses in the system.
Support the sales team with quotes, inventory checks, and customer follow-ups.
Perform other duties as required to support business operations.
