Well-established ventilation manufacturer in Rancho Santa Margarita is seeking aCustomerService Specialist with Lite Manufacturing Experience. This position has excellent growth and income potential.Thisindividualwillhave both customer service responsibilities and handle lite warehouse duties. Thistime of year, the bulk of the position will deal with general product assembly and warehouse responsibilities, while assisting with customer service. In the Spring and Summer months, the role will be mostly customer service that could include some bonus opportunities. This is atemp-to-hireopportunity and the hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5PM (with some flexibility).
Compensation:$24 to $28/hour+Bonus Opportunities
CustomerService/Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Handle inbound calls from potential clients and customers
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate whole house fan solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products in our showroom.
Effectively communicate product specifications, pricing, and promotions
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire sales and support process.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
Manufacturing/Warehouse:
Assembling, testing and quality control
Ensure quality standards are achieved by thoroughly reading and executing work instructions to include correct product, size, quantity etc.
Operate a dolly and pallet jack for multiple purposes in the warehouse
Safely operate various machines, including powered tools
Identify and communicate delays or problems that might keep a specific job from being completed on time
CustomerService/Warehouse Coordinator Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Good verbal and written communication
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions carefully and perform quality work independently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to sit or stand for the full shift as role dictates, and be able to execute frequent bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, carrying and squatting when completing production processes or moving product(s)
Must be dependable, punctual, reliable and responsible
Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen.
