Position is open. 40 hours per week, 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday.
REQUIREMENTS:
Take phone and email reservations, prepare rental contracts
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain cleanliness and order in the office area
Complete daily task lists and reports
Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 21 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year customer service experience
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays. No Saturdays
Must have computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must speak and write English fluently.
Must be able to work independently.
