Full Time (F/T) – Thread Dyer (Garden Grove)
We are a small business based in Garden Grove seeking a hard-working, self-motivated, reliable individual who is looking for a full-time position working 40 hours a week Monday – Friday.
Our customers are small retail stitch (needlepoint, cross stitch, etc) craft shops and designers all over the United States. Our products are dyed threads (cotton, silk, blends, etc…). We do all the dying of the threads by hand, here in our warehouse.
The position we are seeking to fill is a full-time dyer of our threads.
It requires that you stand, most of the day, at a sink or countertop dying and rinsing threads. You also must be exceptionally good at distinguishing slight color differences. The dyer must match colors very precisely so if you have any color blindness this is not the job for you. Attention to detail and patience is necessary.
There will also be times that you might need to help with office work (answering phones, filling orders, etc…). We are a small business, so we help each other if someone needs it. Team spirit
