This position offers a dynamic and supportive work environment where teamwork, integrity, and dedication are highly valued. You'll primarily focus on warehouse operations like boxing, labeling, creating packing slips, and coordinating deliveries, all while keeping the workspace organized and clean. You're responsible for packaging, labeling, shipping, and managing inventory, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ensuring smooth workflow for pickups and deliveries, tracking customer inventories, and handling courier communications are key parts of the role.
In addition, you'll assist with order fulfillment by helping sales and customer service with processing orders, following up to ensure accuracy, and preparing sales documentation. Your office skills will come into play as you manage phone and email orders, organize digital files, and use various software—including Excel, Outlook, Word, Adobe, and Windows 11—to maintain accurate records and create labels and delivery receipts. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus but not mandatory.
