We are looking for candidates with warranty experience and strong experience in retentions and collections.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone.
Provide accurate information about our products and services.
Assist customers with troubleshooting, orders, billing, and account-related questions.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and procedures to uphold service quality standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of previous customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
Must have experience in retentions and collections.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
