A Property & Casualty Producer License is required for the position which we will help you obtain. You will receive outstanding training and support and provided every resource necessary to be successful.

This position offers a competitive base salary + commissions + bonuses. Our team members typically earn around $30,000 to $50,000 per year on average. Success in this role is based on an individuals motivation and hustle - with a hunger to win!

JOB DUTIES

- Building personal relationships with customers and anticipating their insurance needs.

- Provide amazing customer service exceeding customer expectations.

- Prepare insurance proposals, make sales presentations and close sales.

- Taking care of customer requests, policy changes, billing inquiries and payments.

- Performing annual customer protection reviews and updating coverage.

- Helping with claim processing and resolution.

- Prospecting and generating new business through leads and referral sources you help create.

- Identifying sales opportunities for existing households - seeking cross sell and up sell opportunities.

- Being a team player to help grow and retain revenue for the agency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.

- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.

- Create relationships from a cold start.

- Be a fantastic presenter.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be highly self-motivated.

- Professional phone etiquette.

- Be able to obtain or currently possess a property & casualty insurance license.

- Be capable of handling customer rejections.

- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
