Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior Estimator / Front Desk Coordinator who is organized, motivated, and great with people. This person will assist in writing estimates, manage customer updates, handle administrative tasks, and help drive sales through excellent communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone
Write and update estimates using CCC ONE
Communicate repair updates and timelines with customers and insurance partners
Coordinate vehicle drop-offs, rentals, and deliveries
Support the production team with repair order documentation
Follow up on leads and help close repair jobs (selling/upselling services)
Maintain a clean and professional front office environment
Requirements:
Experience with CCC ONE (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic understanding of collision repair or automotive terminology
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Prior customer service or sales experience a plus
