We are an Income Tax office. We are look for an office assistant to help with the following.
-Greet clients and take down their information
-Answer phone calls
-Follow up with clients
-Make and file copies
-Data entry in various software programs
-Create flyers using Adobe Express
-Complete task regarding the closing of a file.
The applicant should be familiar using Microsoft office products: Word & Excel
This is a seasonal job ending April 19, with the possibility of being offered continued
work after the tax season ends.
Fulltime employment: must be available
9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
overtime available if wanted
Saturdays 10-4 & Sundays 11-3
16/hr
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
