Modern Shelving, a leader in customizable shelving solutions, is growing rapidly with the launch of our innovative Shelvinator Online Design Tool and expansion onto major platforms like Amazon and Lowes.com. We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager & Customer Success Team Member to join our team in San Clemente, CA. This dual-role position is critical to supporting our growth by managing office operations, collaborating with our remote team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

As the Office Manager & Customer Success Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations in our San Clemente office, coordinating with the production team, and acting as a bridge to our remote team of designers and shelf support professionals. You will also assist customers and support our e-commerce growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring an organized and efficient workspace.

Coordinate with the production team to monitor project timelines, order accuracy, and fulfillment.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor communications.

Assist with scheduling, administrative tasks, and team coordination.

Customer Success

Deliver friendly and efficient customer service via phone, email, and live chat.

Address customer inquiries, process orders, and resolve issues promptly.

Collaborate closely with our remote team of designers and shelf support professionals to ensure a seamless customer experience, including assisting with design consultations and troubleshooting.

Support the rollout of the Shelvinator Online Design Tool, helping customers use it to plan and customize their shelving solutions.

Contribute to the launch and growth of Modern Shelving on Amazon and Lowes.com, including managing customer feedback and supporting sales initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience:

2+ years in office management, customer service, or administrative roles.

E-commerce experience is a significant plus, particularly with platforms like Amazon or Lowes.com.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and CRM or customer support tools.

Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Familiarity with e-commerce systems or tools is an advantage.

Personality: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused with a can-do attitude.

Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift office supplies or light materials (up to 20 lbs).
