A growing progressive air conditioning and heating company is seeking to fill the PART TIME position of Customer Service Representative between the houses of 4-8 PM and must possess the following:
Phenomenal phone voice
Ability to communicate effectively with our customers
Possess the ability to offer the white glove customer experience
Ability to enter all customer data into our system (excellent computer skills)
Experience in any home services such as plumbing, roofing, fencing, air, etc.
Not distracted by your cellphone while working
Capable of taking our call center to the next level
Have reliable transportation
Committed to the companies visions, standards and goals
