West Coast Arborists, Inc. a union company and industry leader in tree maintenance, is hiring experienced Receptionist to work at the corporate office in Anaheim.
Responsible for completion of administration and general office duties. Serves as liaison between the company and its employees, vendors and customers.
WORK HOURS
7:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday
SALARY RANGE
Starting salary is $22.75- up to $26.40 per hour D.O.E.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education to include high school diploma, must have strong planning and organizing skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. High level of organizational skills and computer literacy, along with basic clerical aptitude. Experience in Word/Excel/Outlook. Reliability and Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
REGULAR JOB DUTIES
Welcome guests and potential applicants and direct to appropriate person/area.
Prepares FedEx packages and Mail/Postage meter refills.
Arranges for service on HR Copier and orders supplies.
Works with staff on Petty Cash reimbursement.
Orders office/kitchen/bathroom supplies, and any other supplies as needed.
Makes travel reservations.
Writes and sends Birthday cards/Welcome cards to employees.
Form reproductions/Orientation packets (for new hires).
Orders and distributes Day Timers.
Orders business cards, envelopes, and letterhead.
Creates and updates WCA Daily News.
Performs proper closing procedures at the end of the day.
Performs other clerical duties as requested.
