Electronics distributor seeks a full-time RMA Clerk and Product Tester for car audio products. The ideal candidate will have outstanding attendance, will be team player with a problem-solving mentality and eager to learn.
Job Responsibilities:
Efficient and accurate handling of day-to-day customer returns (RMA)
Process RMA requests in portal by maintaining record of RMA requests from issuing RMA number to processing credit or exchange
Provide excellent customer service
Open product shipments and test products
Salary $40,000-50,000 depending on experience
Full-time with benefits
