Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication administration, and transportation
- Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and dignity
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure the highest level of care
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preffered Previous experience working in a residential facility or similar setting
- PreferredCertification in CPR and First Aid
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
