Licensed and State Farm agency experienced candidates only, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Must have 2 years State Farm Office experience.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Life, Property & Casualty insurance license is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
Be equipped with great listening and closing skills.
Ability to lead and motivate others, set a good example, and inspire others.
